Project Management Office Internship Program (He/She/They)

• Availability to work 30+ hours per week.
• Active student status.
• Based in Łódź or Katowice.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and understanding of project management processes.
• Detail-oriented and self-organized with capability to track open tasks and function statuses.
• Strong desire to learn and develop technical skills.

Bonus points if you have:

• Hands-on experience in PowerBI.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or other tools.
• Basic knowledge of development processes.

• Provide ongoing support for development and management teams by monitoring working time, internal tools, and coordinating roll-on/roll-off processes to ensure smooth daily collaboration and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze reports, participate in project, data, and system audits, and contribute to process optimization focusing on continuous improvement and data quality.
• Manage project access, file permissions, dashboards, oversee billing for development services, and ensure efficient documentation management.
• Analyze business results, support human resources processes, and contribute to workforce planning.
• Organize and conduct meetings with management, schedule team events, and ensure effective onboarding of new employees to foster collaboration and integration.

• Candidates must be based in Łódź or Katowice.
• Active student status is required.
• Fluency in Polish and English (B2) is required.
