Business Function Implementation Lead - SAP S/4HANA Controlling

• Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Controlling, including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger.
• Minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project in a lead or stream-lead position.
• Strong influencing and advisory skills to drive decisions and build consensus among multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience in leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional, international teams.
• Confident communication skills in English.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of initiatives for a defined business function, from scoping to stabilization.
• Conduct detailed process analysis, identify improvement areas and drive redesign of processes and organizational structures.
• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP S/4HANA Controlling (including Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger), advising stakeholders on best practices.
• Facilitate and lead workshops to gather and challenge requirements, ensuring stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining timelines, resources and deliverables for the functional stream.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement adjustments required to meet agreed objectives.
• Engage multiple teams, coordinate cross-functional dependencies and contribute to key design and implementation decisions.
• Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
