Wymagania
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development
- 2+ years applying instructional design methodologies and learning theories (e.g., ADDIE, ARCS, Bloom's Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick's Evaluation)
- 3+ years developing learning assets using digital adoption tools such as WalkMe or Whatfix
- Experience using AI tools in design and development of learning assets
- Evidenced experience deploying digital adoption assets/platforms in ERP, CRM, or HR system implementations
- Experience with authoring tools like MS PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Additional skills in low-/pro-code AI development, change management, HR processes, or knowledge management are strong assets
Obowiązki
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert, Quality Assurance, and/or advisor for digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, WhatFix) at clients
- Design and develop digital adoption assets such as walkthroughs, shoutouts, and tooltips
- Guide clients in selecting use cases for DAP solutions and setting KPIs to measure impact
- Collaborate with Business Change and Comms & Engagement teams to build digital adoption strategies
- Configure, administer, manage, and report from digital adoption platforms
- Support clients in setting up Digital Adoption Center of Excellence, including ways of working, product strategy, and success metrics
- Deploy and publish digital adoption and learning assets at client sites
- Manage learning and development projects including timelines, resources, staffing, budget, and evaluation
