Aerospace & Defense Functional Consultant/Analyst with ERP Industry Solutions (ICH Europe)

Accenture is a leading global professional services company offering solutions across Strategy & Consulting, Technology, Operations, Industry X, and Accenture Song. The Intelligent Consulting Hub is part of Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, with multinational professionals based across Europe, including Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk). The role supports Aerospace & Defense clients in digital transformation powered by SAP and analytics solutions.

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense Industry is a plus
• Minimum 2 years' experience in ERP systems implementation (e.g., SAP/S4) including solution roadmap development, process design, testing, project management, data management
• Alternatively, at least 3 years’ experience as end user in Sales & Distribution, Finance, Extended Warehouse Management, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, and Procurement in Aerospace & Defense specific ERP solutions
• Business process knowledge in at least one of: Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), Plant Maintenance (PM), Forecast to Fulfill (F2F), Order to Fulfill (OTF)
• Interest in management consulting related to Digital Transformation including business process design, data harmonization, user requirements gathering, test management and automation
• Great knowledge of English at consulting level; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage
• Good communication skills and team player

• Work closely with clients supporting requirements discovery and gathering
• Transform client requirements into harmonized and innovative business models
• Coordinate and manage Business and Digital Transformation projects
• Support clients in generating business value from SAP-powered digital solutions
• Enable Aerospace & Defense clients' transformation into Intelligent Enterprise
• Work in multi-disciplinary teams locally and remotely
• Support practice leadership and global sales team to identify and win Aerospace & Defense opportunities
• Help build and grow the Aerospace & Defense Practice within Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe
