Basware Functional Lead (ICH Europe)

The Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) is part of Europe Strategy & Consulting practice, with multinational professionals based in key European locations including Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, and Gdańsk. The role involves working on Basware solutions focused on Invoice Automation and Invoice Ingestion with a global impact.

• 3-6 years of experience in ERP or AP automation projects with hands-on expertise in Basware solutions.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable solutions for complex implementations.
• Strong technical skills in system configuration, data mapping, and integration technologies (APIs, REST, SFTP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of e-invoicing standards and compliance frameworks.
• Experience leading workshops, managing testing phases, and delivering user training.

Preferred Experience:

• Expertise in Basware Invoice Automation and Invoice Ingestion tools.
• Familiarity with multi-country implementations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with delivery methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.

• Develop tailored solutions for Basware Invoice Automation and Invoice Ingestion aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Configure and optimize Basware systems including invoice processing workflows, API integrations, and multi-entity hierarchies.
• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards such as e-invoicing and tax reporting across multiple regions.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage integrations between Basware systems and ERP platforms like SAP and Oracle.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants to foster a collaborative team environment.
