Account Manager ds. Sieci Technicznej

The company aims to use technology to provide convenient and immediate access to medical care and assistance services. Telemedi serves key global players such as AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, and Novartis across Europe, Middle East, South and North America.

• Minimum one year of experience in business partner service and/or building partner company networks
• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and continuously developing environment
• Experience working with KPIs and SLAs, positive attitude towards data-driven work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• English language knowledge is a plus

• Searching for, implementing, and maintaining relationships with the network of technical service providers (roadside assistance, car rentals, service centers)
• Daily operational service and resolving current issues within the technical network
• Cost discipline and creating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Negotiating rates and cooperation terms with service providers
• Optimizing operational processes and implementing new solutions
• Identifying new services and areas for cooperation

The first three points are expected to constitute 80% of the work time.
