Wymagania

  • 8-10 years consulting experience at a senior level
  • Business transformation and change management experience, ideally in a top tier consultancy
  • Proven track record of successful business development across all sales cycle aspects including pipeline management and RFP/proposal creation
  • Experience in Digital Transformation and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) programmes
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills
  • Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and provide direction across client engagements
  • Broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
  • Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are an advantage
  • Project-related mobility within EMEA and willingness to travel 50-80% of the time
  • PROSCI certified
  • French and German language fluency is desirable

Obowiązki

  • Lead and manage Change Management efforts for large complex, global IT transformation programmes/projects
  • Provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level
  • Continuously strengthen and develop the Organizational Change Management (OCM) community including market positioning, service development, project and team management, and positioning of best practices and innovative topics
  • Responsible for Workforce Transformation (WX) business development and pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, sales presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Lead, build, and drive go-to-market strategies by anticipating market needs and developing new firm-wide solutions
  • Design, develop, and sustain WX service offerings for change management strategies and plans to support clients’ change programmes
  • Build and manage sustainable client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on C-level; identify and convert sales opportunities
  • Responsible for quality and profitability on engagements
  • Lead and mentor other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice
  • Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property, and new tool development
