Obowiązki
- Manage customer inquiries regarding cybersecurity products and services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information regarding product features, pricing, and implementation processes.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cybersecurity solutions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective service tracking.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in cybersecurity to offer relevant support and guidance.
