Wymagania
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in IT support, is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and technical support tools is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
Obowiązki
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT support services via phone, email, and live chat in Polish.
- Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting, and product guidance.
- Document all customer interactions and technical solutions in our CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate clients on best practices and software features to optimize their use of technology.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT and support services to provide accurate information to customers.
