Product Analytics Manager

Originally started in Poland, the company is rapidly scaling and operates in the beauty and wellness industry, providing tools to help beauty professionals manage their businesses efficiently.

• Extensive experience in product analytics or related fields, including experimentation and working with large data volumes.
• Proven track record in managing and mentoring teams to drive insights and impact.
• Extensive SQL skills; experience with BigQuery is an asset.
• Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Looker, Amplitude, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and ability to align analytics with business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Conversational to full professional proficiency in English.

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing support and clarity in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyze funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends to identify opportunities for specific customer segments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive KPI trees and frameworks to monitor domain performance and trends.
• Define key metrics reflecting product success and monitor health, identifying growth opportunities in retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead automation of data management and reporting processes in collaboration with Business Intelligence and Data Engineering teams.
• Oversee product A/B testing and funnel optimization using a hypothesis-driven approach to de-risk development.
