Business Analyst – Veeva RTSM

The project involves clinical research and the implementation and development of Veeva RTSM (Randomization and Trial Supply Management). Collaboration includes working on requirements, process design, and supporting testing and validation in a cross-functional environment (Clinical Supply/Operations, Data Management, vendors).

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Practical experience as a BA in Veeva RTSM.
• Very good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple threads simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of GxP / life sciences / clinical research.
• Experience with Veeva modules: Site Payments, Site Connect, Study Training.

• Gathering and refining requirements through workshops and interviews, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Creating documentation: BRD, specifications, process diagrams, user stories.
• Supporting study build and configuration discussions in Veeva RTSM.
• Ensuring consistency of RTSM requirements (randomization, drug dispensing, supply management) with the study protocol.
• Collaborating with QA/Validation on testing, UAT, and documentation.
