ServiceNow HRSD Developer

In4ge is a recruitment company focused on connecting talented employees with suitable companies to foster growth and success. The project involves digitalizing HR by developing and implementing a solution integrating SAP SuccessFactors (HR data source) with ServiceNow HRSD (employee service layer) to build an end-to-end employee service experience and stable system integrations.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, including hands-on HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD suite, JavaScript + Glide API, Flow Designer/Workflow, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Understanding of HR processes and data (e.g., Employee Central, onboarding, employee changes).
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR (HRSD).
• English language proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SuccessFactors integrations (Employee Central, Onboarding, org & position management).
• Middleware experience: Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI or similar.
• Experience in global/multinational program implementations.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules: Case, Knowledge, Employee Center/ESC, Lifecycle Events, Document Management.
• Create HR services, catalog, rules, and automation using Flow Designer/Workflow, business rules, UI policies.
• Support integration between SuccessFactors and ServiceNow (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub/middleware) including data mapping, transformation, and consistency validation.
• Participate in release/upgrade processes, regression testing, and incident resolution at the HRSD and SuccessFactors interface.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and SAP/ServiceNow teams in an international environment.
