They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing. The company has extensive experience in large, complex projects with millions of users and offers long-term, remote projects with periodic integration and thematic meetings.

• At least 3 years of experience in system analysis
• Experience in the banking/financial industry
• Experience with Enterprise Architect

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI/ML projects

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system analysis

Recruitment process consists of two stages:

1. A short (about 20 minutes) phone interview with HR
2. An online technical talk with the client (about 1 hour) including experience and technical knowledge questions
