Engineering Team Leader (Salesforce Platform)

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Salesforce engineering teams, including strong hands-on experience in people management processes (performance management, mentoring, career development), driving architectural transformation, and fostering a collaborative Salesforce community across the organization.
• Deep knowledge in Salesforce (e.g., Cloud, Apex, LWC), integrations, and data migrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with microservices-based architectures and external systems (Java, Micronaut).
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture in modern tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, automated testing, and source control workflows supporting complex, multi-team release processes.
• Architectural expertise in scalable, modular, maintainable solutions; experience with reusable components and platform-wide best practices.
• Data-driven decision making, KPI monitoring, and alignment of solutions with business and product objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical decisions across teams and stakeholders.

• Shape and grow a high-performing Salesforce engineering team, creating an environment that promotes ownership, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Define and drive the Salesforce platform strategy in close collaboration with product teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product priorities.
• Drive the transformation of the Salesforce platform toward a scalable, modular, and Java-based microservices-oriented architecture.
• Oversee the Salesforce release process across multiple teams and dozens of developers, ensuring consistent solution design, architectural alignment, and adoption of best practices, while fostering a collaborative Salesforce community across the organization.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions by setting and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for shared, generic components.
• Define and track measurable objectives for the Salesforce platform, leveraging data and KPIs to evaluate performance, improvements, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.
