Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer to design, develop, and maintain innovative HR solutions leveraging ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) capabilities, platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and HR data security protocols.

• Minimum 7–8 years of overall software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Deep proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting and customization.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD modules and HR data security best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflows and automation within ServiceNow.
• Proficient in integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems using REST APIs and other integration tools.
• Ability to develop detailed technical documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Develop and configure HR Case Management, HR Services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), case templates, record producers, and components for the Employee Center and Service Portal, ensuring optimized user experience and secure HR data segregation.
• Implement platform development tasks using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and GlideRecord/GlideAjax.
• Establish and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, and user criteria to enforce robust security measures.
• Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer, creating reusable subflows, approval flows, and HR-triggered notifications to automate HR processes.
• Develop and support integrations with external HR systems such as Workday, CIDM, and Cornerstone through REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled synchronizations.
• Create comprehensive HR dashboards and reports adhering to data privacy, HR data segregation, audit, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, contribute to requirement workshops, prepare technical documentation, and support testing phases including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.
