Quality & Test Manager with German

We are seeking a German-speaking Quality & Test Manager to join our team. This role focuses on partner interface coordination, quality and test management, team coordination, cross-system communication, and effective ticket handling. The person in this role will contribute to maintaining and enhancing quality standards while ensuring seamless collaboration across departments and partners.

• Minimum of five years of experience in quality and test management.
• Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken.
• Strong skills in coordinating partner interfaces and managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in cross-system communication and ticket handling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Coordinate interfaces with partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Manage quality assurance and testing processes, maintaining high standards and timely delivery.
• Lead and coordinate team activities to support project objectives and quality goals.
• Facilitate cross-system communication to ensure integration and interoperability.
• Handle and prioritize tickets, tracking progress and resolving issues efficiently.
