Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a proficient Salesforce Developer responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce applications with strong technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration, ensuring high-quality code and effective integration.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong expertise in Apex programming, including Triggers, Controllers, and asynchronous Apex.
• Proficient in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with declarative configuration tools such as Flows and Process Builder, including migration from Process Builder where applicable.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce Security Model, including data visibility and access controls.
• Working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes, with the ability to maintain existing integrations and develop basic endpoints or callouts as specified.
• Good grasp of Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for writing bulkified code to ensure performance and compliance.
• Exposure to Financial Services Cloud or demonstrated eagerness to learn this domain is considered a plus.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning Web Components based on technical specifications.
• Perform declarative development utilizing Flows and Validation Rules to reduce the need for custom coding where feasible.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a minimum of 75% unit test coverage, including appropriate assertions.
• Analyze and resolve bugs, manage day-to-day support tickets, and assist with troubleshooting production issues.
• Participate actively in code reviews to continuously improve code quality and share knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile/Scrum team environment.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all developed features and configuration changes.
