We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager with proficiency in German to join our team. The role involves setup and operation of SAP Solution Manager, including configuration of key workcenters such as ChaRM, Test Management, and Documentation, integration with SAP RISE, and preparation for transition to SAP Cloud ALM.
Wymagania
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in SAP Solution Manager and related processes with hands-on expertise in configuration and operation.
- Proficient knowledge of SAP Basis products such as NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SolMan, Interfaces, FIORI, SAP GUI, and SAP Mobile Platform.
- Experience with functional SAP modules including FI/CO, FI-AA, HCM, MM, RE-FX, PM, PS, and FM.
- Familiarity with high-user SAP system landscapes such as PO, Portal, and S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of change and release management processes and tools, including ARS and Quality Management measures.
- Coordination and project support skills, including experience with MS Project.
- Methodological expertise in ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration) and Agile approaches (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager in all usage areas, including SolMan Enterprise and SAP Marketplace.
- Integration experience with SAP third-level support and incident tools such as BMC Remedy ARS.
- Comprehensive capabilities in requirements management, defect/error management, incident/problem/change/release/configuration management, project management, and application and solution monitoring.
- Fluency in German is mandatory.
- Understanding of German public sector business processes is considered an advantage.

- Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager workcenters, including Change Request Management (ChaRM), Test Management, and Documentation.
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP RISE and support the transition to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation within SAP Solution Manager.
- Support and coordinate change and release processes, utilizing tools such as BMC Remedy ARS and SAP Solution Manager.
- Manage SAP Basis components including NetWeaver, S/4HANA, SolMan, Interfaces, FIORI, SAP GUI, and SAP Mobile Platform.
- Work with functional SAP modules such as FI/CO, FI-AA, HCM, MM, RE-FX, PM, PS, and FM.
- Support high-user SAP system landscapes including Process Orchestration (PO), Portal, and S/4HANA environments.
- Apply ITIL methodologies for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration management.
- Utilize Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban for project coordination and support.
- Integrate SAP Solution Manager with SAP third-level support and incident management tools.
- Perform overarching tasks including requirements management, defect and error management, application and solution monitoring, and project management.
