Data Analyst

The Codest is an international technology company headquartered in London with technology hubs in Poland. They specialize in web applications, cloud solutions, system maintenance and development, and software quality assurance. They have developed their own product, Yieldbird, recognized in the Deloitte Top25 ranking. Currently, they support companies in product development and expanding technical teams, emphasizing transparent communication and real impact on solutions.

Must have:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer working with data in production environments
• Strong knowledge of SQL, including creating complex queries and optimizing performance
• Experience using Python for data processing and analytics
• Ability to analyze complex customer processes and visualize results using BI tools
• Advanced skills in designing, conducting, and interpreting complex A/B tests
• Experience leading strategic initiatives as a Single Thread Owner, with ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to director-level stakeholders focusing on business implications
• Ability to combine qualitative UX research and market analysis with quantitative data to build a comprehensive problem view and support product decisions

Nice to have:

• Experience managing budgets in GCP environment and optimizing performance of analytical microservices
• Knowledge of MarTech or AdTech products and solutions

• Advanced analytical work using SQL/BigQuery and Python/R for statistical analyses and building replicable, versioned analytical workflows
• Practical application of Machine Learning (e.g., boosted decision trees, scikit-learn, pandas) to solve specific business problems
• Data storytelling: creating clear, engaging dashboards and narratives in Tableau or Looker Studio focused on insights and decisions rather than just metrics
• Broad understanding of UX/Design and backend architecture to effectively connect development teams with business stakeholders
