Starter Kit Upskilling Program (Java, with German)

• Student status or graduation in a technical field (e.g., computer science, automation, electronics, mathematics, physics).
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming in Java.
• Communicative German language skills (minimum B1+) and English (B2).
• Availability for at least 50% employment for the first 3 months, then full-time.
• Willingness to develop in Java and project work.

• Participate in a three-month development program focused on learning comprehensive modern IT system creation.
• Design and optimize databases and create web interfaces as part of assigned tasks.
• Learn and apply server-side solutions based on Java technologies.
• Co-create and develop applications and systems aligned with client needs after program completion.
• Use higher-level languages (Java) daily along with modern software engineering tools and methodologies.
• Work in an environment based on international standards and good project practices.
